Who we Are

About Chicago Restaurant
Conceived and managed by the creators of dana hotel and spa, the ACME Hotel, the four-diamond Madison Hotel and successful eighty3 restaurant in Memphis, the owners wanted to combine their years of luxury hospitality experience with their great passion for food and entertaining. Never ones to stand on ceremony, they sought to create a dining experience without the labels . . . where food isn't required to fall into one specific cuisine, where guests could sample multiple items without breaking the bank - and where guests could enjoy themselves, however they choose, knowing that the freestyle staff is there to see to every single detail.
To create the exact right tastes, for the second time, they consulted with renowned Chef Rodelio Aglibot - known in foodie circles, and in pop culture alike to develop the ideal taste profiles. Together, they brought the exciting flavors they had conceived for their Memphis restaurant, and gave them a spin to fit into the freestyle experience. The idea - to use American cuisine as the base, and add flavor profiles from all over the world to give it a different and delectable spin to recognizable, and beloved dishes.
